Orange fiber

Orange fiber is the world’s first sustainable fabric and patented material created from the by-products of citrus juice. The fabric is formed from a cellulose yarn similar to silk that can blend with other materials and transformed into a high-quality and new innovative material for the fashion industry.

The brand has been founded in 2014 by two Italians young female entrepreneurs from Catania (Sicily) and grown in the past years. They have been able to reach even big brands of the fashion industry like Salvatore Ferragamo and H&M who recently launched their exclusive and capsule collections with this innovative and sustainable material. This is proof that a more sustainable circular fashion industry is possible also on a big scale.
